Drum Ear Drum

Alright a week ago, I decided to enroll in a drum course with Yamaha.. WOOt!! Hey it is better late then never anyway. But my friends keep asking me, why do you wanna enroll for a class if You played in a band previously...? The answer is simple: I AIN'T NO JOHN BONHAM.

I want to take the class to be a more technical drummer, not just by heart. Well I believe I have to, if I really wanna try playing blues. Why blues, after all this time jamming grunge, alternative, and rock songs? Blame Steve Jordan and JM3. Yups, John Mayer Trio is the cause of all this. It has been such a long time since I listened to a 3 men band, that plays with such passion and skills, and performed live as well.

Now the class gonna start in January next year, where I will be learning alongside with teenagers. Bah.. who cares.. Steve Jordan, Keith Moon, Buddy Rich, Matt Sorum, and Bonham, HERE I COME!!!
